Please HELP the BGICT!

We've been nominated for a really sweet (pun intended) award, and we need your help to win. Time Out NY is the most popular "listings" magazine in the city. People really do come out because of what Time Out says, and if we get this it will mean a great deal to the business.

We ask that you please take the time to visit this survey and vote for us as the "Best New Street Treat". You don't need to bother will all the categories unless you wish to; you only need to be 21 or older and list a US address.

In addition- perhaps you can take the custom link I've made (http://tinyurl.com/TONYpoll) and share it with your friends, your coworkers... maybe you're on a message board or mailing list with people who might help us out... paste it on Facebook or on your own blog, maybe tweet it... Every vote will count. We're currently off-season, so we can't talk to customers in-person like our competition can. That's why our online campaign for votes is so crucial.

Thank you, friends. I hope you know that Bryan and I appreciate all of the ways you are helping our little business become legit.

Sincerely,
Doug Quint

Oh, a PS: it doesn't seem like you need to vote in all the categories unless you care to.

Bored? Photoshop happy?

If you've popped one too many Ritalin tonight (note to self: add Ritalin to topping list!) and you're looking for a photoshop project to waste time on, please work on the following.

I want the DAIRY QUEEN insignia butchered so that it says DAIRY QUEER. It would probably be a good idea to remove the "registered trademark" sign, too. Ha!

Here's a link to a reasonably big copy of it.

I used to curse having the initials DQ for this reason. Now I understand that it was all part of a higher plan.

UPDATE! 10 minute later, and a little princess has whipped this up for me.

Yay mark!! Thanks!
